Meet JOE ROSENFIELD, Tacit Founder and CEO

Tacit LLC's founder and CEO is Joe Rosenfield, an IT professional with over 25 years of experience. Starting as a mainframe programmer/analyst for NASA in 1984, Joe has worked as a consultant, account manager, and senior executive in the IT consulting field for two decades.

Asked why he wanted to stay in the "people" business, Joe says, "A successful technology implementation depends not so much on the technology as on the decisions and actions of human beings. The best way to solve a technical problem is to find the right person to help you. Besides, as fascinating as technology can be, people are far more interesting!"

Joe's success is built on his ability to forge and nurture relationships. As a programmer, Joe learned to apply the knowledge of his clients as well as his fellow developers to get better and quicker results. For the past 19 years, Joe has been bringing that same proclivity to the sales and recruiting roles in consulting, where accurate representation of requirements and abilities is key.

Joe is also a trained mediator who volunteers his skills in conflict resolution with the Mediation Center of Greater Green Bay.
